The organisers of the Baby Khan event have promised it will be the biggest event of its kind, in what will have Sadiq Khan ‘furious’. The balloon will be flown in London on Saturday 1st September 2018, which will fly over Westminster.
The organisers have officially made a statement on where and when you can watch the balloon: “You can see the inflatable mayor in the sky at Parliament Square in Westminster from 9.30am-11.30am on Saturday, 1 September.”
Many have gathered on social media to declare Khan is infuriated by the balloon, as he seemed to put on a ‘fake’ tone and straight face when he was asked about it on LBC radio. It appeared he was slightly frustrated by the event, however, he can’t do much about it since he accepted Trump’s balloon.
He said on LBC: ‘If people want to spend their Saturday looking at me in a yellow bikini they’re welcome to do so. ‘I don’t really think yellow’s my colour though.’ Many citing that he hasn’t really taken the even in good spirit and is deeply annoyed by the stunt.
