Team Boris Announce Foreign Migration Change As Australian System Implementation Begins As Brexit Secured

Boris will today announce a key measure that will take back control of the United Kingdom’s borders. The policy changes will affect economic migrants coming into the United Kingdom, specifically, those who are low-skilled and suppress wages where there’s no shortages.

The United Kingdom has been a member of the European Union’s single market for decades. Essentially, as part of the European Union, all 500 million EU citizens are entitled to work, live, study, use our health system and claim benefits on day one of their arrival. It is hoped that this will now change.

Boris will today unveil new changes to the United Kingdom’s immigration policy. The policy changes will seek to create a point based system, it will focus immigration to areas where it may be needed, such as shortages in specific areas, like construction industry.

The United Kingdom overwhelmingly voted to leave the European Union, and a key aspect of the Leave vote was for the UK to take back control of its borders. It’s clear, Team Boris are aiming to harness the powers that we lost to the EU and use them for our advantage, although, if this immigration policy doesn’t go far enough, many be quick to voice their frustrations.
