Boris Johnson has announced on the TV debates last night that he will not categorically rule out the United Kingdom leaving the EU without a so-called “deal”.
It comes as European Union leaders’ are terrified that the United Kingdom will leave the EU and flourish. A recent report has suggested the UK will be billions better off without being part of the EU.
The Labour Party has also indicated a change of direction, they will back another EU referendum, and if it was to come about, they would back staying within the European Union.
Jeremy Corbyn has been accused of not being clear on the Labour Party’s Brexit policy. It comes as many of his shadow cabinet were highly critical of the way that Labour has handled the Brexit situation.
It’s not clear yet when the United Kingdom will truly leave the EU, but one this is for sure, under Boris Johnson, the UK will be leaving the EU on the 31st of October.
