Attorney General Issues Brexit Ruling Blow to Remainers

The Attorney General has issued a major blow to Remainers, he has given his legal opinion on the Brexit issue.

The Attorney General has said that suspending Parliament to go ahead with a “No-Deal” Brexit would not be illegal.

The prorogation of Parliament would occur when the Government ends the parliamentary session, stopping Members from blocking a No Deal Brexit.

The United Kingdom was meant to leave the EU in March, but Theresa May failed to deliver Brexit, sparking widespread outrage and condemnation across the board.
